buildings and all obstructions of any kind. Crow Rent to be adjusted from the date of such handing over.

(f). A small triangular area at the North West corner of the lot, required in connection with the Praya East Recla- -mation Scheme, to be surrendered to Government subject to the terms specified in the foregoing clauses (a)- (e), so far as they apply.

(g). No claim to rights in respect of the proposed Praya Fast Reclamation Scheme to be made by Government on account

of the areas to be resumed.

It is anticipated that the scheme will not be completed until 1917 and that the compensation payable, amounting to about $38,730, will not become due until then. I propose to make provision for it in next year's Estimates.
